NH Primrose Path Leads to Skyward Hydrangea

Orange and yellow Trollius or "globe flowers" are blooming late into July in this Northern NH garden (zone 4-5). Also in bloom in the bog garden are yellow and organge Japanese primrose, pink poker plant and pink and purple flowers:

The primrose pathway leads to the house and barn which is covered in climbing hydrangea:

A second barn has sneezeweed and yellow verbascum in bloom:

Across from the barn and house is a beautiful hill covered in low growing evergreen shrubs:

Behind the evergreens is a forested area which has huge pines with climbing hydrangea as well as shrubs with white clementis growing in and around the branches:

In the forest, there are open spaces that include a mix of daylilies and euphorbia:

Growing on the stone patio by the house is a prickely pair cactus in full bloom:
