florediem Offers Daylilies from Rocket City to South Seas

We visited florediem daylily farm (http://www.florediem.com/) in Alstead, NH and bought some beautiful daylilies. Not only did they have hundreds to choose from, but the daylilies were all in bloom and made a spectacular show.

Large Koi Spotted in Frog Hollow Pond

Fellow Frogger is enjoying her brand new kayak, which sports peddles inside that propel the kayak forward or you can use the paddles. Katie assists by keeping frogs out of the way of the kayak's wake in Frog Hollow's lower pond. New in bloom in the pond is a red Canna.

Annual Amareth Makes Good Companion for Bouquets

Grass-like Amareth is an annual in Zone 4-5, but produces beautiful long braid-like blossoms that make good companions to cut flower arrangements.

Garden in the Woods in Framingham, Mass. is a great place to walk around. In addition to seeing their rock garden with prickely pair cactuses in bloom, there were some amazing pitcher plants with orchid-like flowers and many other native plants.
